Characteristics	E2017: The company obtained a license to manufacture alcoholic beverages in the special zones for structural reform through the revitalization of local regions (There are some rules such as only the raw potato produced on the island can be used, the production is up to 10 KL per year, and it can only be sold to the liquor store on the island.). EIn 2018, we built the 114th Shochu brewery in Mishima village, Kuroshima in Kagoshima Prefecture. EThe first preparation started in October of the same year with technical support from Hamada Shuzou Co., Ltd. EDelicious water from Kuroshima is used for the sweet potatoes harvested in Mishima Village EOn May 1, 2019, they released their first Shochu “Mishimamura”

Business Hours	Weekdays 9:00 – 17:00 (Close from Dec 29th to Jan 3rd) We may not be available all the time In the brewery while we are cultivating raw potatoes. Please contact us in advance when you come. If you make a reservation early, you can visit the brewery even on weekends and holidays.
